Conversation Starters

User Access Levels: (tick) Traveller | (tick) Travel Arranger (TA) | (tick) Travel Manager (TM) | (error) Travel Account Manager (TAM)

The provided information is intended to offer insights into potential conversation initiators and recommended interactions with Zeus. It includes illustrative scenarios involving users with elevated access levels, such as Travel Managers (TM), to assist in discussing specific travellers.

💡 Zeus harnesses the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI), allowing it to continuously enhance its understanding of human language with each interaction. Consequently, its effectiveness, precision, and overall intelligence will progress as it engages in more conversations and encounters diverse scenarios.

To maximise the value of interactions with Zeus, it is essential to consider the following communication tips, ensuring efficient and productive exchanges tailored to individual needs.

🗓️ Zeus' dialogue flow defines a week as commencing on a Sunday and concluding the following Saturday. For example, if a question is posed on a Sunday regarding "next week”, it pertains to the subsequent Sunday through Saturday period, not the upcoming one. To obtain information about the forthcoming week, a reference to "this week" is necessary.

📅 When engaging with Zeus, specifying the timeframe is crucial for questions or queries related to time. By default, Zeus assumes reference to the current date, often referred to as "today's date”. However, the timeframe for a query can be clarified by providing a specific date (e.g. 15Dec23) or using time-related expressions like "last year”, "yesterday”, "tomorrow”, "this week”, and "next month”.

Airline & Aircraft

The ability to inquire with Zeus about airlines and specific aircraft types is valuable not only for individual travellers (TR) but also for those responsible for managing trips for multiple individuals, such as a travel arranger (TA) or a travel manager (TM).

Did anyone fly with … AIRLINE
... PERIOD OF TIME?

Who is flying on … AIRCRAFT TYPE
PERIOD OF TIME?

Conversations in this context continue to evolve, and Zeus continues to learn from the questions asked. Occasionally, Zeus may become confused when dealing with aircraft types or airline names that contain the name of a country or have similar-sounding names. For instance, Air France (France), El Al Israel Airlines (Israel), and Vietnam Airlines (Vietnam).

🗨️ It is advisable to use common phrases like "is flying on”, "is flying with", or "is flying”, along with the inclusion of "airline”. For example, asking, "Who is flying on Singapore Airlines?" helps direct the conversation toward the airline rather than a city or country with a similar name (e.g., Singapore).

💡 Keep in mind that a single aircraft type (model or series) can encompass various variants. For instance, the Boeing 737 includes models like 737-600, 737-800, and 737-MAX, among others. To facilitate discussions about aircraft types, variants have been grouped together. For instance, asking, "Who is flying on a 787-8 next week?" will return information about travellers flying on this specific aircraft model/series as well as others in the Boeing Dreamliner 787 aircraft model/series. Zeus' response will include details about the specific variant being used, as illustrated in the example below.

(question) Did Zeus reply with an unexpected response or is a problem being encountered? If yes, reviewing the following “troubleshooting” article may assist.

Airline COVID-19

DISCONTINUED - 31AUG23

Is it safe to fly … AIRLINE NAME?

💡 As an airline name can include the same or similar name of a country, sometimes Zeus may get the conversation paths confused. It can be wise to include “airline” in conversations to avoid this.
e.g. “Is it safe to fly Air France airline” can avoid confusion about the safety in France the country.
