Using Credits

Selecting Use e-ticket of available credit(s) will apply to a Request, as seen in the following example.

Credits - Request

Credit(s) can be applied as part of the New Request workflow. After Traveller Selection, any credit(s) available and eligible for the request being made will be presented asking for their inclusion in the Request’s submission.

Selecting Use e-ticket of available credit(s) will apply to the Request, as seen in the following example.

The Use e-ticket Credit Found dialogue box can be closed without applying any credit(s) by selecting Cancel or X (located in the top right-hand corner) if desired.

  • Credit(s) that may have been attached to a Request in error can be removed. Select the X in line with each credit to be removed in the Select your travellers section, as seen in the following example.

Selecting Yes will remove the credit (e-ticket) from the Request.

Once all required Credit(s) have been attached to the Request, select Next to continue.

Continue with the Request by completing and adding the required segment(s) in Trip Information.
