If enabled, the Administration (e-Admin) provides a portal that allows self-management of selected travel platform elements.
Changes performed in e-Admin will send notifications to the agency.
Selection of the Administration option in the Navigation Panel will open a new browser window or tab with the e-Admin home page, as shown in the following example.
The e-Admin allows a user to set up and manage aspects of their company’s travel platforms such as the following:
Departments and Cost Centres
Travel Arrangers and Travel Approvers
Selected options require the use of an import file (CSV) with each import file’s expected format (i.e. column headers and structure) included, as highlighted in the following examples.
Please liaise with the travel agency (e.g. TMC) that manages your company’s bookings for training and details (e.g. User Guides/Templates) about the various e-Admin options.
