The travel platform’s Navigation Panel enables users to perform a function or easily access information. The panel can display a varying amount of options depending on the setup. The following is an example of some of the options available.

3 | Request | Streamlined booking requests and pre-trip approvals. Highly configurable to manage travel policy and approval flows. Integrated with travel alerts and seamless duty of care functionality. Discover more about Request - here. |
4 | Online | An industry-leading Online Booking Tool (OBT) can be integrated with the travel platform, seamlessly accessible via Single Sign On (SSO). Discover more about Online - here. |
5 | Trips | Platform users can view all trips (bookings) no matter if booked online or offline (e.g. by a travel agency). Duty of Care remains at the forefront with travel advice and incident alerts included, as well as flight status information. Discover more about Trips - here. |
6 | Care | Sophisticated traveller tracking that provides visibility to the current and future location of trips (bookings), whether booked online or offline (e.g. by a travel agency). Included are travel advice and incident alerts as well as communications options such as email and 2-way SMS. |
7 | Intelligence | If enabled, provides business intelligence (BI) to authorised travel platform users with reporting charts and dashboards. To collapse and expand the navigation panel, select the > icon that appears at the bottom, as seen in the following example.

The options of Policy Info, Useful Link, News and the Administration, if enabled, are only visible when the navigation panel is expanded.

The travel platform’s Dashboard enables users to perform a function or easily access information. The dashboard can display a varying amount of options depending on the setup. The following is an example of some of the options available.

1 | Welcome message displaying your profile’s First Name (or Known As) and the current date. |
2 | Approvers only - Approvals of Requests that require review/action. |
3 | A snapshot and quick access to Credits (unused airline tickets). |
4 | A snapshot and quick access to travel alerts and warnings. |
5 | Contact information for the travel agency, specific to the travel platform. This can include technical support team. |
6 | Access to the travel platform’s Help Centre (knowledge base) to get answers to your questions. |
7 | Language selector. Select the flag icon to display the language selector droplist with the currently selected language as well as alternatives to switch to if desired. |
8 | Avatar to access to ‘Edit my profile’, ‘Change my password’ and ‘Logout’. |
9 | Chat, known as Zeus. The travel platform’s chatbot designed to be your companion |
