Conversation (Zeus)
The platform’s Conversation feature, known as Zeus, has been vigorously learning over the last 12 to 18 months to achieve the goal of graduating with a high GPA. Recent learnings have enabled the ability for existing platform features to be queried via text or spoken words for a device with an enabled microphone.
🗨️ When enabled, Zeus is designed to be a companion before, during and post the trip. Discover more including how to access this feature as well as “Conversation Starters” here.
Travel Check
After extensive consultation with IATA Timatic, Zeus is now able to assist similarly to that of the Travel Check.
The Download option provided takes advantage of the same document available via the Travel Check “Export (PDF)” function.

Conversations in this space are new and unlike others, involve more complexities with navigating the various parameters able to be queried for an individual country check. To understand more about Zeus' learnings and current limitations, visiting “Conversation Starters - Travel Check” is advisable.
Flight Status
After some lengthy flight data mining sessions and one on one time with @ElonJet 😉, Zeus' flight tracking badge was earned. To know you have a friend who can be asked if your flight is on-time or worse still, cancelled is invaluable, now that the resumption of air travel is well underway.

Airline & Aircraft
Zeus' learnings about flight tracking have allowed conversation paths about airlines and aircraft (equipment) types to be captured. While helpful for a traveller, this expanded conversation base will primarily benefit those who can be tasked with managing trips of multiple individuals such as a travel arranger (TA) and travel manager (TM).

Conversations in this space are new and Zeus continues to learn from the questions asked. From time to time Zeus may get confused when an airline name containing the name of a country or which is similar. e.g. Air France (France), El Al Israel Airlines (Israel), and Vietnam Airlines (Vietnam). To understand more about Zeus' learnings and current limitations, visiting “Conversation Starters” is advisable.
🗨️ Common phrases like "is flying on", "is flying with", "is flying" and the inclusion of “airline” are encouraged e.g. “Who is flying on Singapore Airlines?”. This assists Zeus by directing the conversation path about an airline rather than a city or country which may hold the same or similar name (e.g. Singapore).
💡 A single aircraft type (model or series) can contain an array of variants e.g. The Boeing 737 includes
737-600, 737-800 and 737-MAX, among many others. To assist conversation paths about aircraft types, variants have been grouped. e.g. “Who is flying on a 787-8 next week?” will return trips of travellers flying on this aircraft model/series as well as others in the Boeing Dreamliner 787 aircraft model/series. The specific variant being flown on is included in Zeus' response, as shown in the following example.

Credits (Unused Tickets)
A travel platform enabled with the Credits feature allows Zeus to be questioned about unused tickets.

Conversations in this space are new, though it is hoped by the time Zeus graduates, broader options including more granular queries will be available e.g. “Show me credits that expired last month”. To understand more about Zeus' learnings and current limitations, visiting “Conversation Starters” is advisable.
💡 Zeus is powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence). This allows self-learning to comprehend human language. Efficiency, accuracy and overall intelligence will increase over time with the number of conversations and unique situations presented.
Profiles
Custom Fields Third Party Integrations
Profile Custom Fields included in the 5.4 Release have been enhanced to allow data captured and stored to be synced with Integrated Systems that are enabled e.g. Amadeus GDS and Serko OBT.

How to set up Third Party Integration for Custom Fields? Visit the details listed in the Platform Administration section - here.
Credits
Enhancements have been implemented for the travel platform’s Credits feature as follows:
Base Fare Tooltip
When a Credit is displayed, a tooltip has been added to the “Base Fare” field.
This is designed to avoid confusion if a Credit’s “Tax” field holds the value of 0 (zero). Depending on the source of the data and what is available at the time, situations can occur where surcharges and taxes may be bundled with the “Base Fare” or unavailable.

Status Partial & Amounts
Credits captured with a “Partial” status, namely those via Magnatech, now seek to provide a more accurate representation of the amounts still available for future use (travel).
The updated logic utilises Magnatech calculated values for the “Base Fare” in order to avoid or minimise amounts, namely Base, being shown which may otherwise be over-inflated. As part of this update, the “Tax” field is set with a fixed value of 0 (zero) due to the inability currently to have an accurate tax breakdown calculated by Magnatech.

The travel agency (e.g. TMC) that manages bookings and tickets will be able to provide details of a Partial Credit’s base fare and taxes at the time of it being used (i.e. exchanged/reissued).
Platform Administration
Custom Fields - Third Party Integrations

The integration of data stored in Profile Custom Fields is available to be synchronised with the following Third Party systems:
Amadeus (GDS)
Serko/Zeno (OBT)
Cytric (OBT)
To facilitate the integration, a new Third Party Configuration section has been added to the Custom Fields setup and fields provided to enable the mapping of data with supported integrated systems.

Kudos Administration users should refer to the Kudos Admin Help Centre > Platform Administration > Companies > General Details > Custom Fields & Travel Reasons for details on how to configure.
Field Type - List
For the custom field type “List”, an optional code
field is available in the setup which allows the code and not the name
of the list item to be mapped with supported integrated systems.

The “Code” field in the custom field list setup allows a value to be recorded which may differ from the “Name”, as seen in the following example.

When a code
and name
are recorded for a list item, both are visible in the selection droplist in the Profile form UI, as seen in the following example.

Bug Fix
Profile Custom Fields (Save)
It was identified when data was applied to Profile Custom Fields, problems were encountered sporadically when attempting to Save the data. This release resolves this issue.
