When it comes to planning travel, especially international, difficulties have always existed
around visa requirements and for some destinations, vaccinations. Travelling in a post-Covid
world will include added complexities for destinations as well as transit locations.

Used and trusted by a major percentage of the world’s airlines, Travel Check utilises
IATA Timatic to provide document checks, visa and health requirements - including COVID-19 tests,
vaccinations and quarantine requirements.

Travel Check is designed to simplify the new era of trip planning by:

Using verified and accurate data from over 2,000 sources from more than 220 countries,
Providing an intuitive display of results with requirements clearly labelled,
Restoring confidence to travel by removing the need to check multiple websites, some of which may be untrusted (fake), and
Updates in real-time

Travel Check will fast become your trusted solution for travel requirements with its ability to provide details quickly and accurately to be able to make the right decisions easily when planning a trip.

Travel Check

Travel Check is designed to allow search parameters that when used, will provide highly accurate travel requirements as well as include in-depth information for the following:

Entry Requirements (e.g. passport validity)	Visa Requirements

The profile type (access level) of a user will determine the functionality available in the widget.

Search by Traveller

Travel Check requires at least one (1) active Passport of the Traveller to be present in order to perform a search. Discover more about how to add/manage passports - here.

Traveller (Profile) pre-selected.
Select Traveller (Profile). Search assigned (delegated) travellers as well as oneself (excluding TAM).
Search all active passport Nationalities. If selected traveller has more than one (1) active passport, all Nationalities will be searched.
Departure Country automatically set based on the traveller’s Home Airport. If required, the pre-filled departure country can be modified.
Select Transit Country(ies), if required. Up to a five (5) transit countries can be selected.
Select Visa Type (Travelling for) Business (default), or Vacation/Leisure
Select Trip Duration (Days) <30 (less than) 30-60 60+
Trip Duration: Travel Check considers each calendar month to be 30 days. Trip duration of 2 months therefore would require selection of the 31-60 days option.

Select Next once the Traveller or Nationality has been set.

Additional Parameters

A slide-out panel will be presented that allows additional parameters to be defined.

The greater the information entered before a Travel Check search can yield a response that is more accurate and in-depth.

Based on the parameters of the search, Travel Requirements for Destination/Transit countries ) will be provided.

1️⃣	Selection of this icon will collapse the slide-out panel and return the user to the Dashboard. Alternatively, selecting anywhere outside of the slide-out panel will perform the same action.
2️⃣	Destination Country Name and Flag.
3️⃣	Transit Country(ies) Flag/s, if included in the Travel Check request.
4️⃣	This option if selected, allows the on-screen Travel Check results to be exported as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file. If the generation of a document is blocked or contains only blank pages, the device’s security settings and plug-ins (e.g. Grammarly) should be checked for possible adjustment or disablement.

Can Travel Indicator

A country-level Destination/Transit can travel indicator is determined by the IATA Timatic canTravel response. The following table provides a high-level for the meaning of each.

1️⃣	`canTravel` = `true` Destinaton/Transit country permits entry/transit. Supplemantry entry/transit requirements (e.g. Visa, COVID-19 Test) may apply also apply.
2️⃣	`canTravel` = `conditional` Destinaton/Transit country may permit entry/transit. Certain entry/transit requirements may need to be met (e.g. COVID-19 vaccination), in addition to supplementary entry/transit requirements that may apply.
3️⃣	`canTravel` = `false` Destinaton/Transit country does not permit entry. Exceptions may apply (e.g. immediate family members of Nationals of the Country) in addition to supplementary entry/transit requirements may still be required.
