Online where enabled, allows the travel platform user to connect with an Online Booking Tool (OBT) e.g. Cytric and Serko via SSO (Single Sign-On).
When available, the online platform allows users to connect with an Online Booking Tool (OBT) such as Cytric and Serko using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Access
Select Online in the Navigation Panel, if available.

Authentication with the integrated OBT will be performed and if successful, it will be opened automatically in a new browser window or tab.

Unable to open online? If the Single Sign-On (SSO) to the Online Booking Tool (OBT) did not open in a new browser window or tab, please make sure that you have disabled any pop-up blockers. Pop-up blockers can interfere with the automatic launch of the OBT. Please ensure that pop-ups from this site are allowed and click on "Re-Open pop-up" to launch Online.

If the OBT is not signed in automatically or option(s) are presented, select the OBT option appropriate for the booking to be made.

A travel platform user may encounter multiple options when selecting an Online Booking Tool (OBT). This situation can arise under the following circumstances:
If the user books travel on behalf of others, such as being a travel arranger, and the company operates with different points of sale (POS) like Australia (AUD) and New Zealand (NZD).
If the user has been chosen to test or evaluate a new OBT prior to its official deployment, alongside the existing OBT.

A booking completed via an OBT will be available to view in Trips and Care.
Please refer to the OBT’s “how to guide” to learn how to use each, including booking flights, hotels and/or car rentals.
The following articles provided a brief “how-to-book” for some of the travel platform’s integrated OBTs. To remain up-to-date with each OBT’s booking experience, please liaise with your company’s travel administrator/manager or the travel agency (e.g. TMC) that manages your company’s bookings.
