For a person that does not identify as male or female, the travel platform offers a company-level setting to enable a Diverse (non-binary) gender option in the main profile, as well as in Travel Document - Passport.

Some considerations are needed when selecting the Diverse gender option, including not all:
Travel platform integrated systems such as GDS (Amadeus), OBT (Online Booking Tool) and TMS (Travel Management System) support Diverse gender.
Countries recognise a passport with a Diverse gender, usually denoted with 'X' in the gender field.
If a passport exists, the passport gender always takes precedence.
In the case of no passport, the main profile gender will be used.

To complement the Diverse gender option, a company-level setting allows the Title to be set as non-mandatory, denoted by the absence of * in the field label.

Some considerations are needed when not selecting a Title, including travel platform integrated systems such as GDS (Amadeus), OBT (Online Booking Tool) and TMS (Travel Management System) require a Title.
When a Title is not provided, though required by an integrated system, the following logic may be applied by default:
Male gender with ‘Mr’ as the default
Female gender with ‘Miss’ as the default
Diverse gender will not have any Title as the default
