Guest Traveller

If enabled for the company, the Guest Traveller option in Profiles allows a guest traveller profile (e.g. non-employee, contractor) to be created.


To create a new guest profile (traveller), in Profiles select the Add Traveller and Yes option.

The guest traveller profile creation generally only requires limited profile sections and fields to be completed (e.g. personal details), when compared with an employee’s (i.e. non-guest traveller profile).

Guest Label

A guest traveller profile is denoted with the guest label next to the status (active/inactive).

A guest profile, if required, can be modified to be a non-guest profile (i.e. employee traveller) by removing the guest label. This is done by selecting the x on the guest label as shown in the following example.

Once the guest status (label) is removed, additional profile sections/fields may now require to be completed, that were previously not necessary (for a guest traveller).
