Company-level settings provide the ability for Profiles to have restricted edit capabilities (including delete) as well as viewing rights (privacy mode) for certain “personal” data (e.g. home address).
An example of restricted fields can include some within the Employee Details section, as shown below.
A profile denoted with ?? next to the active/inactive status, indicates privacy settings are in place that restricts selected profile sections/fields from being viewed by a Travel Arranger (TA).
Profile data contained in the following sections/fields will not be visible to a Travel Arranger (TA) when Privacy Mode is enabled.
Date of Birth
Home Address & Phone Number
Emergency Contact Details
Passport & Visa Number(s)
Credit Card Number(s)
Data present in any of the aforementioned profile fields will be masked to other company users as seen in the following examples.
